Job Brief:**

We Are Seeking Enthusiastic And Dedicated Male Sales Counter Executives To Join Our Team At Our Azad Market Outlet. As A Sales Counter Executive, You Will Play A Crucial Role In Delivering Excellent Customer Service And Driving Sales. Your Responsibilities Will Include Handling Customer Inquiries, Managing Transactions, And Ensuring A Pleasant Shopping Experience For Our Customers. Additionally, You Will Be Responsible For Maintaining The Sales Counter And Supporting Inventory Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

- Greet And Assist Customers As They Enter The Store.

- Handle Customer Inquiries And Provide Detailed Information About Products.

- Manage Sales Transactions, Including Cash And Card Payments.

- Maintain Cleanliness And Organization Of The Sales Counter And Surrounding Areas.

- Assist In Inventory Management, Including Stock Replenishment And Product Displays.

- Provide Product Recommendations Based On Customer Needs And Preferences.

- Address And Professionally Resolve Customer Complaints.

- Monitor And Manage Stock Levels, Ensuring Products Are Well-displayed And Available.

- Keep Records Of Sales And Customer Interactions.

- Assist In Visual Merchandising To Enhance Store Appearance And Sales.

- Collaborate With Team Members To Achieve Sales Targets And Store Goals.

- Stay Updated On Product Knowledge And Industry Trends.

**Qualifications:**

- Basic Computer Knowledge.

- Good Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

- Customer-focused Attitude With A Friendly Demeanor.

- Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Work In A Fast-paced Environment.

- Previous Experience In Sales Or Customer Service Is A Plus.
