Job Opening: Male Store Executive

Location: Bawana Sec-5

Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month

Job Brief: We are seeking an experienced Male Store Executive to join our team in Bawana Sec-5. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in the manufacturing sector and will be proficient in maintaining stock inventory using Google Sheets.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock inventory in Google Sheets.
• Stock Monitoring: Regularly monitor stock levels and ensure that stock is replenished as needed to avoid shortages.
• Receiving Goods: Inspect and receive incoming shipments, verifying the quantity and quality of goods received against purchase orders.
• Stock Organization: Organize and store stock in an orderly and accessible manner, ensuring proper labeling and categorization.
• Stock Audits: Conduct regular stock audits to verify physical stock against inventory records, identifying and addressing discrepancies.
• Order Processing: Prepare and process orders for dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers or other departments.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter data related to stock movements, including receipts, transfers, and issuances, into the inventory system.
• Reporting: Generate and analyze inventory reports to track stock levels, turnover rates, and other key metrics.
• Coordination: Coordinate with the procurement and production teams to ensure that stock levels align with production schedules and demand forecasts.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that the storage area complies with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Vendor Management: Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues related to deliveries, discrepancies, and returns.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management efficiency and accuracy.
