Job Description: Computer Operator (Female)

Location: Shastri Nagar

Salary: ₹12,000 per month

Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Open to undergraduates with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and capable of learning new software related to medical equipment management.
• Experience: Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous but is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage computer systems and software related to medical equipment orders and inventory.
• Perform regular follow-up calls to clients for payment reminders and updates on equipment delivery.
• Draft and send professional emails to clients, ensuring clear communication regarding orders, payments, and services.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback to improve service quality.

• Strong computer knowledge and ability to troubleshoot common issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
