Job Description: Social Media Manager (Female)

Salary: ₹25,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content for all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
• Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction.
• Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.
• Track and report on social media performance and engagement.
• Work closely with influencers and other third parties to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Creative mindset with a knack for engaging an online audience.
• Female candidates preferred, as per the job requirement.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Residing in or near Shastri Nagar for ease of commute.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
