Job Title: Male/Female Customer Support/Telecaller

Job Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
2. Customer Support: Handle inbound customer inquiries, providing information and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
3. Basic Computer Skills: Utilize basic computer applications for data entry, maintaining customer records, and emailing.
4. Email Communication: Manage email correspondence with customers, providing information and responding to queries.
5. Lead Generation: Identify and generate sales leads through calls and follow-up activities.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Undergraduate degree preferred, but not mandatory.
2. Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer support or telecaller role.

 Skills:

1. Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email).
2. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
