Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Customer Support: Handle inbound customer inquiries, providing information and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Basic Computer Skills: Utilize basic computer applications for data entry, maintaining customer records, and emailing.
- Email Communication: Manage email correspondence with customers, providing information and responding to queries.
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate sales leads through calls and follow-up activities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Undergraduate degree preferred, but not mandatory.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer support or telecaller role.
Skills:
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email).
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
