### Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Executive to handle IndiaMart queries efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer support and preferably some experience in the machinery industry.
### Responsibilities for Female Customer Support Executives:
- **Handle IndiaMart Queries:** Respond to customer inquiries and queries received through IndiaMart promptly and professionally.
- **Customer Assistance:** Provide excellent customer support by addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and offering solutions.
- **Order Management:** Manage and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- **Product Information:** Provide detailed and accurate information about products and services to customers.
- **Follow-up:** Conduct follow-up calls and emails with customers to ensure their satisfaction and to address any ongoing issues.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- **Coordination:** Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to provide comprehensive support to customers.
- **Complaint Resolution:** Handle customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, aiming to resolve issues promptly.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
- **Support for Sales Team:** Assist the sales team with lead generation and follow-up activities as needed.
### Qualifications:
- **Experience:** 2 to 3 years in customer support, with a preference for experience in the machinery industry.
- **Skills:** Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- **Technical Knowledge:** Basic understanding of machinery products and industry terminologies is a plus.
- **Customer-Oriented:** A proactive approach to customer service, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
